Are Insurance Agents Permitted Sell Abamacare Individual Plans?

I am an agent selling Final Expense only. I would like anyone to tell me if we as agents can enroll people into OBamacare?

What commission is being offered? My sources said only $15.00 monthly commission is all you earn. On going though! is that correct.

Must I take a course? Who do I sign up with? where is the info on how to?
Please help me with this situation.
