Client moved to Paris during the pandemic, is planning on declaring citizenship eventually, but is still a US Citizen. His policy is up in December and would like a new policy and will be back in the US around that time, but is planning on heading back to France. (He works at a US Company's, Paris location).

Which carrier would be best to point him towards?
