a few out bound links is not to bad.....you want more incoming than out going......

It is probably not good for you if they're offering it for free via unsolicited email.

You would have to check the website. If it is relevant, respected and gets good traffic, it may not be a bad idea.

Check their PR although, there are many great low PR sites and vice versa.

I don't get it. "versa" shows up as an error in the spellcheck. Wait. So does "spellcheck."
