Birthday rule coming to KY

Illinois Birthday Rule is about useless. Ages 65-75, can change to an equal or lesser policy with no UW, and it has to be with the same carrier.

Same parent?

For instance, if someone buys United World and a few years later UW is no longer available in that state but Omaha Insurance Co is, can they swap UW G for OIC G?

I have probably done 100+ “ birthday rule” changes in my life. They ALL have been “like” to “ like”. Why? Same plan, less premium. Easy!
After actually looking up the Ca birthday rule, it’s “equal” or “lesser”.

That's correct for CA. For instance, you can go from Plan F or G to a plan N.
