Maryland Birthday Rule & Commission

Does anyone know how carriers pay out commissions for the birthday rule in Maryland? I just called Cigna and was told that it pays out the same as guaranteed issue which is 0%, but I figured I'd check here to see if anyone has personal experience with Cigna or any other carriers that will pay out full commission on birthday rule in Maryland. Thanks

Birthday rule pays the same as GI in every state that I know of. No one chases that biz. That’s charity work.

They do with Cigna. Unsure of the other carriers.

I wonder if I could charge a fee. I am a CFP, so wonder if, with the proper disclosures, I could charge a fee and actually shop for the people each year. Interesting thought.
