Then you challenged us to show you a case where it had happened. I did. That’s when you switched up to “happened for convenience”.

So, I’ve had my say and given you facts, which are indisputable. So we’re just left with our opinions about the facts. If you’re good with things as they are, so be it. I’m not. But I am fine with us having a friendly disagreement.

I'm sorry that I was not clear from the very beginning. However, in my defense, we were talking about the bills (or whatever they were) that passed and what it has or hasn't caused. I was not commenting on anything that happened before those were passed.

So yes, you gave some facts, but not the facts I was talking about.

Yes. And by great e-app, I mean it works very well face to face. But the applicant does need an email address. Face to face it’s not a problem. Because Oxford is fine with the agent setting up an email account for the applicant right on the spot.

By phone that system is not perfect.
