have you checked out other sources for cold leads? I have used sales genie, manta, and info free and have had fair success with them. I find that getting out in the community and talking to people face to face works better for me, but when I have time I will sit and cold call. I also pay for leads and like that a lot more than cold calling (who wouldn't). With the 3 resources I mentioned, you can scrub against DNC lists as well as narrow down targets like new home purchases, locations, income, etc... . Good luck, it is never easy and takes work but if you stay the course you should see results over time.
