Columbian terminated all downlines under Brad Aden

My bad. It gets tricky for a large Columbian agency like Diversified based in North NJ who works NY a lot. How do you pay the NJ agents 100% and the NYers 50? I mean, they all go to the same meetings and all the NY agents would want to work NJ!:err:
I don't know about the FE but on the WL Columbian paid 113% even though they were NY based. The base commission was 55% but just like all the other NY companies, they paid "allowances" which kicked the comp up to 100+..

As far as paying more in one state than another due to state mandates, the agents are well aware of the differences.. Not the companies fault they have to comply.

Quick question because it was brought up in another thread - you guys that lost access to the website - can you call for service and get policy info such as values?

Thanks
