Has anyone seen a simple excel file with commercial auto company name, dot #, and in order of expiration date, also organized by state?

For instance a excel sheet for New Jersey, you would print it out,
Will have company name, dot#, phone #, and expiration date.
The entire list would be in order of X date.
Former employer had it.

That sounds pretty awesome, though I have never heard or seen of such a list for auto.

I found a site called insurancexdate.com that does the same thing, except for Workers Comp. No auto info but you can make lists of businesses based on Xdate, WC class codes, location, etc. They have an option to make a list based on the current carrier, which I'm finding very valuable right now.

I use this in PA and its been working out nicely, has definitely helped me focus my calling efforts. They have a database for NJ as well but I haven't really looked at it.

Good luck, hopefully you find that auto list. If you do, I'd be interested in its availability.

They probably do for DOT# since they need to show proof of insurance to get licensed to be on the road.

I did a trucking company once and DOT or some state entity required proof of all insurance and filings.

Maybe check the DOT department?
