Certainly exclude PO Boxes and limit your ages. Targeting your age will get you a better lead. Regardless, there will be people you'll never get a hold of...if you have only a PO Box how will you door knock those folks??:err:

We use a DM card that mails to PO Boxes, but specifically asks for the Home Address.

We get it 4 out of 5 times, and definitely helps lift response rates.
