Does EFFS Use Assignment of Commissions?

With each contract do their agents sign an assignment of commissions? How is this handled when an agent leaves?

They do not have their agents assign their commissions.
Their agents are fully vested from the beginning.

They include them but the agency representatives (at least at Joe's office in Tampa) said to not sign them whatsoever.
