you forget to mention, when Zarmers Terminates an agent, they hand that book of business to the newbie and only pay 4% commission!
They are so busy with the service work, they cant grow, and at 4% commission, they cant afford to hire any staff.
The BIG question is...........where does the rest of the commission go? Farmers POCKETS!
Zarmers has a new theory, and I have seen video of Hopkins, the CEO saying this to Zurichs board of governors.....a captive agents production ends at the 7 year mark, so thats what they are doing, terminating agents who have 7 years with them.
