I don't think Kemper does..but don't quote me. You can get E&O for about $40 a month.

Kemper, Vantis, Gerber are about it for true GI. MoO's plan that they sell direct is a true GI.

Others have a near GI medically like Settlers and SNL that also have other conditions attached like only a certain percentage of overall business can be sold. UHL is like that too and it's pricey.

Americo has a true GI in their UP3 but it's even higher priced than UHL.

Then you have the anti agent chargeback rules that most impose.
