Emotional day for me.
Yup...my in-law family is FDNY and is now dealing with this fallout emotionally and physically.
We all likely remember where we were on this terrible day in American history.
I lived in NY City the two years prior and for nine years after...What's weird is that I have always felt guilty for not living there during.
I'm just glad that we have so many first responders and armed forces willing to help us and protect us.
Never forget.

I always have trouble talking with clients when talking about actual death in general.
My go to, as immature as it may sound, is "that sucks"...because it does. And there is no better way to describe it.
