How Do MA Renewals Continue Beyond Writing Agent's Death?

Even more reason to concentrate on insurance where the renewals are vested for the life of the contract.. not the agent.

take a life policy out to cover the loss. I took a policy out and my spouse (also a licensed agent ) will flip any clients over to her. Some carriers in PA are now paying life commissions for MA and a few others have 10 year commish. This could be a huge number over time.

In order to receive renewals you have to certify. If some one completed the deceased certifications they would be out of compliance by CMS

If you can vote after you die, you should be able to recertify!
