DEATH & MONEY...

If you think of it in basic terms, these are the 2 drivers to all that we do. As to DEATH... that is now more at the front of peoples minds (thank you media) than ever before.

Now we just need to find a way to drive the business as opposed to allowing the ideas we have created drive us. Our prospects still have need, a need they perceive as a need now more than ever.

I think that much of our issues are more with how WE see things and less of what would be prospects see them.

As the agent force has aged, I think I see more caution on the part of older agents who might (and with good cause) be more concerned for their own health, which would in turn color the way in which they see the F2F market. We need to see the market as it is, now how we feel about.
