Yup.
I've said it before but I just want buyers. I don't want to "work" a lead. Expand your demographics and geography and you'll find more than enough people looking for your services rather than you offering your services to random people.

Also many agents live in Metro areas that span multiple states.
Tahoe Ray, might as an example, want a California and Nevada license.
Or an Agent Kansas City might want a license in Kansas and Missouri.

Yep...I also want one in 48 other states but your point is very valid for any "local" rep.
Clients also move so there's that too.
