How to Sell Maternity in Florida?

But if the option costs as much as it does here in Illinois and has the long wait time before the maternity benefit kicks in, you're probably better off taking the HSA route, as advised by a prior poster.

Actually the maternity option on BO 595 is a rider and the same rider can be added to most not all individual plans. In their filing for the new compliant plans they will have another option for maternity rider with a $35.00 copay for first Dr Visit and $150 copay a day up to 7 days in hospital at time of delivery. If the filing gets approved by OIR. But then again jbage answer is much more appropriate and saves money.:D
 
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida offers 2 different maternity options that can be included on the majority of their individual health insurance plans. Let me know if you need any information.
