Keep in mind, I'm offering individually owned whole life in the workplace and not group term. Group term commissions will be a lot lower.

As far as the whole life commissions go, that'll depend on the case and the work involved but could range from 30% to 80%. More in some cases. It'll vary by insurance company and also who you might be working through.
