Received my first commission check today from the Blues and guess what?




What you ask? Well.....wait for it....yes I only got paid for the amount that the client paid for exchange business!


So what about the PROMISE that the Blue's made that we would be paid on the WHOLE Premium? Seems that went away until who knows when? When Uncle Sugar pays them? I may be in Valhalla by then!


This after countless hours on the phone to the insurance companies trying to track new business and help the clients to pay their first premiums to said insurance company. A LOT of work and headache to be stiffed like this...

Once government pays carrier u will b paid. Same happened to me with Aetna today. I confirmed it's because gov hasn't paid them yet

As of December, the government had not yet coded/installed the software for paying subsidies, or the CSR portion of the deductible to insurers.

I really wonder how long it will take the gov't to pay the carriers and then for us to get paid. fiasco in the first degree....who ever thought we would get paid like this...really?
