Insurance Career, Where Do I Begin?

Hello All,

I am new to this forum. I currently have the following licenses. Life, Health Accident and P&C. I am not working with or for anyone at this time. I am located in the Bronx NY. What is the best way to start off my career to have maximum upside. Note I am also a Realtor.

How come all the license if you have no clue on what you want to do?

1) Pick one (p&c or l&h) as your primary focus.
2) Find a company or broker that will invest some time and money into training you.
3) Produce
4) Figure out what you want to do long term whether it is staying as a producer, being a captive agent, or opening up your own shop.

In that order.
