Rearden beat me to it. His #'s are spot on. 12 leads a week? That's where it starts to go down hill. I get it. The idea is get 12 leads and sell...3? 4? No offense but even the greatest in this business with the leads I'm pretty sure you're going to run...12 leads...1-2 sales at an average $500-$600 in AP...90% contract...you get 75% advance BUT....what if it's graded or modified or ROP? NOW...it's 65% with a 75% advance.
Next...$21 lead cost? Hmm...starting off with either company you're thinking about? $24.95 will be your minimum cost starting off.
Next...neither one is going to be able to keep you at 12 leads a week. One week 8. Next week 15. THEN...if you ask for a break? NOT! You have to understand how mail drops work.
Again, we are all just giving you tough love BUT, if I listened to all the negative people when I first started doing this? I'd be working at Home Depot right now. So do your thing but AS a recruiter(an agent though many disagree), you will be told 60% real #'s...40% false hope.
Again...12 leads a week will not generate you $5K in a AP a month...part time. You may be the Golden Child but it just hasn't really been done. Just follow your gut but be prepared for surprise's.
