Have never claimed to be...but I know agents doing over 100K per year in FE that focus on females.. When they order their leads, they use an income filter and specify female only.

I'm thinking that Toby said he only mailed to females when he was selling FE.

It's actually very common. It's done all the time by agents as their last straw on the way out.

A lot of them do. I did mailers to females only many years ago through a mail house.

I don't recommend it. For most agents the more people you eliminate mailing to the bigger area you are going to need to cover if you want leads every week.
