Hi there,
I am trying to figure out what's the best way to record the insurance needs of a prospect. Have you used a ready-made Insurance Needs form, or have you come up with one of your own? (have you ever tried to have a prospect fill out the form on his/her own??)

Prospects get asked questions and YOU record answers. They will never fill in the info and should not be expected to. Use one that is part folder so you can keep paper records, some agents will have prospect sign the 'worry sheet' which helps to have a signed history of your conversation
