Looking for broker/agency partner in NY, with focus in the five boroughs. Newly licensed for P/C, but working with 50-100 homeowners monthly as referrals for placement into homeowners and auto insurance.

Willing to share 3000 sq. foot office, 3-4 processors on staff if needed, room for 10+ cold callers.

No, that is the amount of monthly referrals generated from ancillary businesses that I had generally sent out to brokers, previous to licensing. Cold calling will be in addition to those referrals.

Oh so you are averaging these per month already?

Is this leads or actual referrals that need new insurance?


If it is what you are saying I'm sure every broker will want to work with you. But I guess it all comes down to the source and referrals.

If these are pre screened and hot leads you will most definitely get an offer.

If these are j ust names with addresses of your clients that you just give to a broker to call, I'm not so sure. Unless you make the introduction and they are honestly interested.
