It's fine when an agent comes on with no big production history. We give him high commissions and train him and get him on good leads and can make him profitable.
It's a whole other thing when guys call us with not much production and down line agents under them. That's already a messed up situation. You have on guy that doesn't know what he's doing and he's recruiting on top of it. Not an attractive package. Hard to fix. He already thinks his road to riches comes from recruiting rather than selling insurance.
And those are the ones you refer to me so that I have to fix it, right?
