I am looking to open a P&C branch office in FL, however I don't currently have my 220.

I will be working completely independently from the main office, and there would be no expenses to you - You would make a percentage of the business generated.

I am somewhat in the same boat you're in though except I've had my 220 for 7 years but only worked in the life and health for the past 16 years most of it as a sales manager for two offices of a large MGA that won't put P & C in the agency.
