For the business card magnets, I go to ebay. There's a guy there that sells biz card sized magnets cheap. I think 1000 was like $80 or close to that. Then you just peel the sticker off and stick your biz card to it.
I make it a family group activity every few months.
We use pens, post it note holders and highlighters, the three sided ones. Everything we order is online. Usually cheap, but you have to order in large quantities.
