Memantine cost?

what is even the full cost of this med, I am on medcare.gov just on SS it shows at CVS full cost before deductible is $23.96 at Walgreen's $358.39 Costco $1.73

WellCare says at CVS is $274.15 but Walgreen is only $32.26

Its a tier 3 so 25 % of $274 is a huge dif then $32.26

SingleCare shows only lie $25 but I keep hearing from people they go to pick up things with these sites and not getting the price promised from the coupon

Yea I know but my concern with that is I have a bunch of times in the last 10 days saying those sites give them one price but they are not honored at the stores in reality

I have not heard that before the last 10 days but hearing it so much now

The Cost Plus is the actual pharmacy. So, their price should be reliable.

I tell them they will pay 25% of what the pharmacy charges for it. That’s it.
