Mutual Living Promise Rate Is Now Lower For Graded Product

Has anyone been notified of Graded rate decrease?
I ran a rate on my iPhone with their rate quotes app.
F,73,T,$3000 $23.80
Ran the same quote on my iPad and it came back $26.00
Talked to agent support and yes Graded has lower rates.
Has comp changed on that product ?
They are having some trouble with their systems and that’s why rates on the iPad have not updated.
Has anyone ran the new rates against Mutual GI ?

It's because it's tobacco. Graded is only non-smoker rates so you'll often see MoO's graded being cheaper for tobacco users.
