Need Agents in So Cal

Generally I don't recruit but there is an opportunity for a few agents in So Cal to work in the Medicare market with me.

What I will do is train the agent(s). Yes, I get an override.

1) Agent is paid directly by the company
2) Agent is vested from day one
3) E&O is required
4) Agent owns the business
5) Agent will be released (subject to chargebacks) immediately
6) Agent receives full commission
7) Agent must buy me a Guinness from time to time.

Is there any salary? If so how much? If not, then why not? Is this really just being a caddy or is selling insurance involved?
