No More Cold Calling (How to Make Sales FUN Again!)

I think the O/P marketing plan is fantastic. I am planning to set up a lunch at "Le Bec Fin" restaurant in Philly. They have a prix fixe menu that will knock your socks off!

Problem is, there are a lot of new agents who buy into the notion that a system will allow them to avoid cold calling. Since cold calling is their biggest fear, they're tempted to jump on the offer. As high as the washout rate in this industry already is, I'd guess the rate is even higher with these poor souls.

A well crafted and implemented marketing plan can reduce the amount of cold calling a newbie needs to do, but it cannot replace it. If the newbie can't come to grips with that, I'd suggest another line of work.
