Seems like it would be cheaper to remove them from your mail list and let them keep "agent killing" your competitors.

This brings a question to mind... for those of you who buy a fixed number of leads every week, does your vendor allow you to blacklist people like this?

I haven't bought any DM leads yet this year, and I haven't noticed any changes.

We don't blacklist but if we get another lead from the same person, we can get a lead credit for it.

You only get a lead credit if the same person mails a card in twice in 90 days right? So if you mail the area now and again in 6 months and the same person mails the card in again you get no credit do you?
