Organic Insurance Leads (company)

I wonder how you missed my request. Here it is again...

Can you post on this thread a little bit about your company, your costs, how you generate leads and what percentage of your leads are generated by websites you own, as opposed to affiliates.

Thanks!

Sorry Chumps, I thought I put one up. Must not of gone through. Here is a template of the email I send onto interested agents requesting information.
Email

Here are 10 reasons Organic Leads fits your company needs:
 1. 1. We have a captive exclusive policy which allows you to claim a territory and be the exclusive agent within your carrier to receive our network of leads.

 1. 2. We are not integrated with any of the large lead vendors in the industry.
 1. 3. We produce or own leads through Search Engine Optimization & our network of affiliates with a fresher approach to calling prospects.
 1. 4. NO CONTRACTS
 1. 5. Our leads are consumer driven and never incentive based.
 1. 6. With unlimited filters and customizable delivery, you get the leads you want, when you want them.
 1. 7. You are assigned your own personal CSR who works for you and does not consider you solely as an account number.
 1. 8. Verification on the leads start with scrubbing the lead to a United State’s database to make sure all information is filled out properly.
 1. 9. Our leads can only be sold 1-3 times in a territory, given there are 3 agents in a territory, and never within the same carrier. The large vendors in the industry are often owned by one larger company; most companies are the same company! This means leads can be sold up to 8 times in a single territory, and to agents within the same carrier.
 1. 10. We have the most lenient return policy in the business and we understand bad leads will make their way to your inbox. Once the reason matches our return criteria we will always provide you with credit for that bad lead. Bottom line you will never be left with a bad lead.
Our leads source works out at about 50% from our sites and 50% from or Affiliates. Our pricing depends on what type of leads your looking for (Auto etc) and what type of lead pack you'd like to try. Our most common packs are-25pack 50pack and 75pack. If you want to pm me your contact info I can discuss all of this over the phone.

Thanks,

I'm still kind of hung up on using the word "Organic" in the company name. Does that mean the Bull shite you spread is 100% natural? ;)

I do apologize as I know nothing about your company, but the overuse and overhype of the word "organic" already in the world of marketing makes me wonder if you thought about it much?

While I tend to show caution when considering a leads vendor, I am doubly reluctant to look at you guys simply from that word in your company name. Have you guys ever given much thought to your company name being a negative?

Again apologies as I don't know your company, but I am trying to let you know why I am reluctant. I also avoid "The Lead Nazi's", "Zimmerman's straight shooter leads", "HIV leads" and several others.....

I can understand how certain names could potentially be a turn off. Maybe you can explain why you would be reluctant to utilize our services based on a name. I would be happy to field any calls to answer any questions that this forum have regarding our company.

I look forward to also hearing some of the changes you would like me and my fellow lead generation companies in this space to implement. One of my goals is to help improve the overall perception from agents and carriers regarding the internet lead generation space.

Michael, your sales reps are saying that you guys have 100% organic leads meaning that you do not use any affiliates but you stated on this topic that you guys do 50/50 so either you dont know what your company is doing or you have hired sales reps that aren't any good at sales an are lying to close a deal...not cool. Also, if you are doing 50/50 then your name is also kinda misleading

Last request (third one). Just post it here for all to see. No need to call you.

Mike,

The word Organic is one of the most abused words in marketing as it's true meaning doesn't match the reality of the situation most times. I simply was explaining a "turn off" to a consumer, before the box is open. In other words the packaging is a turn off.

I'm sorry, I am just being honest. The word Organic adds about 25% more to my skepticism meter based on those who choose to market themselves with that word. You've chosen a name in your title that others have abused before you, lots of info out there. I could be wrong, but all I am doing is explaining my gut feeling. Sometimes "clever" marketing is too smart for it's own good.

Let me solve all of your problems here.

A) There are only so many people who wake up and go online to shop for insurance.

B) There are millions of requests from agents for people who are looking for insurance.

In conclusion, if you think $200 is worth 1 client, and all the time and effort to get that client, then do it. If not, then don't use internet leads.

This is not true. You can tell if internet leads are good or not.
We buy mostly Allweb Leads. Out of the number of leads we get about 40% of them are good and real leads. This is good and a good ratio as you can get credit for at least 50% of them and depending how good your insrauce sales agents are will determine your closing ratio. You will obviously have no closing ratio if almost 100% of your leads are crap and fake. It's just a waste of time.

With Organic insurance leads, we tried them for 2 months and we tried to exhast our $200 credit, we got so sick of it because the leads were so bad that it was a waste of time for all of our sales agents. Right now we still have over $100 credit that we will not get back, it's just sitting there. We don't ever want to use them again. I can tell you the truth.. it was really really that bad.... (By far The worst company we have ever dealt with in the history of our agency being open since day 1).
Basically out of all the leads we received less than 10% were real leads. That's just really bad. Majority of the leads, were either wrong numbers, disconnected numbers and recycled leads from another insurance lead generator. Terrible Terrible.. What's even more bad and funny is that they charge $8 per lead, compared to Allweb only $6 and Netquote with $5 leads. This company is ultimately trash! There is no customer service, as we have tried to contact them serveral times, only 1 lady will answer your emails, and ignore the questions you have pertaining to (How do you generate these leads? and Why are they so bad!). If you try to call, you will only receive a voicemail.

They are a company abusing the word "Organic", as it's completely opposite of that.

If you spend $200 to get 1 real lead, that means the company is trash, and you need to switch to a better company that actually have people looking for actual insurance quotes.

I've sold alone over $100K in P&C premiums in 2012 solely off of internet leads from Allweb. If I was sitting with just Organic insurance Leads... I'd be doing 10% of that and our business will be forced to close down.

DON"T EVER USE THEM!!! If I can give them a rating, it will be NEGATIVE! THey don't even deserve a 0 star.
