Almost all prepaid funeral insurance is pretty cookie cutter. Most companies are selling the same product design. They have different growth rates, payoff terms, boosting of face amounts for single pays, prefered rate options, commissions and marketing programs.

Most have several different mixes based on if you will accept lower growth and higher commissions or want higher growth and lower commissions etc.

Most companies will contract you directly but if you add a middle man you will often take a cut on growth AND commissions...but there are even exceptions to that rule.

You can call me if you want to talk but a LOT of the information will have to be researched by you to see what type of contract each company will offer you.

The companies in funeral preneed are ForeThought, Homesteaders, Lincoln Heritage, Columbian, Atlantic Coast, NGL-National Guardian Life, Cincinnati Equitable, FDLIC-Funeral Directors Life Insurance, American Memorial, Investors Heritage, and several others.

Most companies will require you to be contracted with a funeral home to sell preneed. Some states will also require you to get your funeral director's license.
