Yesterday, Obama said that the Supreme Court was stupid for even taking on the Burwell subsidy case. Tomorrow he's going to attempt to intimidate the conservative justices even more. I'm sure they'll be quivering in fear while watching the speech.

I think only Obama does. Just like in 2012, he's "confident that the Supreme Court will rule in our favor." No plan "B" developed because his confidence is actually a "certainty" that the ruling will be in his favor...again?
