Want to focus on business owners for commercial auto, life, retirement plans. Mainly because b/o have a need for these items sometimes moreso than the general public (in a lot of cases, and they buy more of it). Plus i know they are not subject to DNC.
Questions-
- when is best time to call them - morning, afternoon?
- should i lead with product (eg, comml auto then cross sell to other stuff like life) or offer a do an holistic review.
The problem is though that the mentality of "if it ain't broke don't fix it" seems to come in to play alot. Any thoughts on overcoming this?
ANy thoughts on above, or having a good script on the insurance and retiremn plan aspect?.
