As you have seen by now, Radius has a shiny new coat of paint. But along with the new paint job comes a boat load of new features and the first we are announcing is FREE SCREEN SHARING TOOLS.
Allow leads and clients to view instantly without installing any software or plugins on their computer.
With a click of a button, Radius allows your leads and clients to see your screen by simply clicking a link. Because our viewer app is built on technology that already exists in web browsers, there is no software or plugin for your leads or clients to download or install—all they need is a web browser!
As a result, instead of spending the first ten minutes of a call making sure your leads or clients have the right software installed or being worried about the stability of the Flash plugins that other products rely upon, you (and your agents) will be able to focus on pitching your insurance plans instead.
All you need to do is click the ‘Start Screen Share’ button form the Lead or Client View page and Radius manages the rest.
An email with a link will be sent to the Lead’s or Client’s email address on file.
On your end, you’ll see a notification to install the plugin, then the screen sharing tools appear.
