Seeking a new FMO

I am currently with DFS marketing based out of Texas. And would like to switch to a new FMO that is more new school and not old school Insurance menaility. And does help agents with marketing, if needed.

I am based in Az, so any feedback would be apperciated.

Meaning more tech based than the same old school lunches and dinner routine that some agents do, I dont want to do that...I want a company that is fully paperless, fully app or real time quotes, etc....Full marketing etc.....I am loking for a FMO that will help me grow my book of business with the marketing side
