Yes. Horrendous was my experience. They were the first FMO I ever had and were great for the first year in terms of support. Then I got pushed to the back of the line. They hired extremely unqualified sales support personnel (one of them lead me down a wrong path and it cost me a $6,000 chargeback). I then only had one person who handled all of my lines of business. Of course, she wasn't qualified to do that as she was only well versed in individual health, which is not my thing at all. So my support was practically non-existent at that point. As for Miss Sylvia Gordon. She is probably everything that was said earlier in addition to being a lawyer and is about as arrogant, dishonest and vindictive as any person I have ever known. The same can be said for her "right hand man" Dawn Boyer.
