Anyone else hate the change over to Zywave from the SIS Partner AMS. We've been using SIS for about 15 years and this year the change to Zywave has been chaotic, problematic and more costly... Anyone have any good recommendations for a new AMS? I have 7 users.

I still don't know what the hell Zywave is. They gave me a demo once and I had no clue what they were talking about LOL

I need to go back and check them out again. I will never forget get this story LOL - back in the day 8 years ago I did a demo with them and they were saying all kinds of fancy insurance stuff trying to sell me on it. This guy that looked EXACTLY like Andy Dick, just looked DEVASTATED when I told him I didn't know what he was saying and I wasn't interested. He was dumbfounded that he didn't get the sale over this webcam zoom meeting LOL.
