I've had contracts through SMS for about 5 years, they haven't done anything for me whatsoever even though I've placed about 100 cases with them.

That wasn't the question nor my answer-I have contracts with other FMOs (Ritter/Pinnacle Benefits) with a similar amount of business and both have provided more support (shared lead costs, web presence, etc). I simply answered the question as it was posed.
