A good agent does not MAKE the decision for the client, they show them the difference in the two or three plans and let the CLIENT decide which they WANT. Even if it is the wrong choice (in your mind), if you don't write up the sale for what THEY want they will probably find someone else.

One of the news programs says "We inform, you decide" . . . and that is a good way to run your business.
