SSI Benefits Suspended Due to Unconfirmed Cash Value

75% of the people we see are on Medicaid. It takes a few yrs to build any cash value in these policy's. How many agents are really making someone else the owner from the insured on DI?To be honest i'm sure it crosses few agents minds. How the heck does Medicaid know how much cash value your have?

They have to requalify for their benefits. They have to show their bank account statements and account for for any incoming and out going monies.

If a person does direct bill and gets a MO and sends it in then the mediciad office wouldn't know unless they tell them. But you are supposed to disclose it.

Some offices are pretty lax on it and some are very strict.
