I am a SF team member I am almost one year out of college also been with SF for one year. My salary is 26k plus only a 3% commission on P&C and one months prem for life. I feel underpaid too but I'll see how it goes I'm still improving obviously I'm still pretty new

2Tall. If being an insurance agent is what you want to do then there is no better place to learn or be trained then as a team member, but that is it. Once you have enough feathers in your hat I would look to go independent.
