Dear colleagues, please can you help me? the regulatory of US in case there's a Group company that has an INSURANCE CREDIT FOR SALES, the STOP LOSS (maximum liability) can be shared with the other entities outside the US? or it will be calculated on the singular USA side contract?

I think he's asking about trade credit insurance. I doubt you'll find anyone on here that knows about that.
