While it is true that the TX Medical Board tried to make Teladoc illegal, Teladoc was successful in stopping that anti-competition tactic. Teladoc is still legal in Texas.

I think I read on these pages that teledoc isn't legal in TX, because in this state you have to see a doctor in person before he can give any medical advice. That's too bad, because TX really has a shortage of GPs, especially ones that accept patients without insurance.

I would suggest you to meet your doctor personally because interaction must be needed for a patient. Don't depend upon any app...!!!
