Threatening letter from former Insurance co. about replacement

In the end, it's going to boil down to what your contract said regarding what you can/cannot do if you leave the Company and under what timeframe.

I'm confused. You signed a contract and made a promise. Now you are breaking your promise.

My thoughts? You can't be trusted, and I am curious what you think "the best interest" of anyone besides yourself is.

Should you continue to break your word and cheat the people that you used to work for? Of course not.

Should you continue to break your word and cheat the people that you used to work for now that you are faced with consequences? The answer remains unchanged.
