Ever since I change CRM's In January, which took me from Ring Central to Twilio I have had much lower contact rates
I am told its new technology call bocking apps and such and nothing to do with Twilio vrs RC, However this is from the CRM so I would like to know from people who don't have a vested interest in Twilio if there are any contact issues or is it coincidence?
