UHC applicant is Medicare ONLY with PDP THRU LIS. Prospect enrolls for 6-1-16 effective into AARP Medicare Complete. This new mb obtains QMB status effective 8-1-16 and same agent switches the mb to United Dual plan eff 8-1-16. Does the Agent lose comp for June & July (less than 4 months) and also lose the True-Up for a NEW TO MA enrollment? Thanks.
